Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - Unit 7, 1b Pearlman Street, Tzaneen, Limpopo, 0850.
We do not have physical store location, however with prior arrangement local pickup can be arranged. Please note, most products need to be ordered from suppliers as we do not keep stock of all items.
Orders can be picked up as per arrangement. A notification will be sent when your order is ready for collection.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We do not currently offer local delivery as most of our products are ordered directly from our suppliers and delivered directly to you to same time.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after processing.
Most orders should be delivered within 1 to 3 business days after shipping, however this may in some cases extend to 5 to 7 business days. As soon as we are aware of any possible delays, we will send you a notification.
Flat rate shipping fee of R150 applies to orders shipping.
Some items, due to it's weight and physical size may incur additional shipping charges.
We do not ship outside of South Africa at this point in time.
Paying via EFT for orders over R3000 will result in no FLAT RATE shipping charges being added to your order, only items that carry additional shipping charges may still be payable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not currently offer international shipping.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Special order items cannot be returned if you change your mind or ordered the incorrect item or size etc.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@outdoordiy.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
